Choose your preferred method. Every dollar brings us closer to victory.
Fast & secure. A small processing fee of ~3% is added to cover Stripe's costs. Thank you for understanding.
Why is there a fee? Stripe charges ~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction to process credit cards securely. By adding this fee, we ensure your full intended donation reaches the campaign. If you prefer to avoid fees entirely, switch to the e-Transfer tab, it's 100% free.
100% of your donation goes to the campaign. No processing fees. No middlemen.
The City of Ottawa offers a Contribution Rebate Program for individuals residing in Ontario who contribute $25.01 or more to a participating candidate. After your donation, the campaign issues you an official contribution receipt. You then submit a rebate application to the City of Ottawa's Elections Office with that receipt, and the City pays your rebate directly. The maximum rebate is $75 per person.
Example: Contribute $100 → apply to the City of Ottawa → receive $50 back → Your net cost = $50.
Maximum contribution: $1,200 per individual.
