Meet Yvette

Mother. Neighbour. Community Builder.

Time and again Yvette has proven her dedication to helping people in our community. She is a community builder, ready to advocate for residents, and to ensure that diverse voices of people from all walks of life are heard at the table.

Yvette is the perfect candidate to represent Orléans East-Cumberland, including the Heart of Orléans, as she is as courageous as she is compassionate, and her capacity to bring people together for the greater good is unmatched.

Our ward is undergoing massive changes that will require a leader who is able to navigate uncertain times with dignity, care, collaboration and humanity. It is part of Yvette's vision that all people in our ward feel like they matter, are included, and belong, especially when it comes to Council decisions that have a direct impact on our daily lives such as transportation, safety, housing, local revitalisation, French-language services, and family support.

For Yvette, being a municipal councillor is more than a day job, it is an important mission, where she and her team will partner to improve the lives of the many people she is committed to serve.

No developer money. No empty promises. Just hard work.

Integrity

My campaign is funded by people like you, $20, $50, $100 at a time. You will always know where I stand.

Mobility

Transit that works. Housing people can afford. Services in both official languages. These are not luxuries, they are the foundation of a livable community.

Bilingual Leadership

With 15,800+ francophones in Ward 1, our language is our strength. From Montfort to MIFO to our schools, I will fight for the services our community deserves.

The Only Bilingual Candidate in Ward 1

Orléans is one of the most francophone wards in Ottawa. Our city council needs someone who can advocate in both languages, not just during campaigns, but at every committee meeting, every budget debate, every community consultation.
